Princeton Health Behavioral Health, Mt. Lucas (Princeton) location. Consultant/Group Therapist. Facilitated
psycho-educational therapeutic groups for Dual Diagnosis adult patients, Adult Psych and Seniors. Included
both clinical assessment and psycho-therapeutic treatment as well as development and facilitation of
Spirituality groups and Addictions groups for mixed populations.

CP Consulting Group, Inc 1997-2004
As Co-Founder, I co-created and trademarked "The Project Gestalt," a methodology and tool rooted in the
application of Gestalt Therapy Theory to Project Management, providing transformation for systems large
small. Provide behavioral consulting services focused on high-level, complex leadership and advanced
awareness skills for companies in transition. Educational methods are lecture (psycho-educational), interactive,
and experiential. Emphasis is on Gestalt Awareness Theory and Practice applied to Project Management with an
emphasis on teaching an Emotional and Relational Intelligence skill set.

Gestalt Center of New Jersey 1992-1997
Faculty Trainer. Flemington, New Jersey. Provided two year certification to licensed psychotherapists in
Gestalt Therapy Theory. Live process and “open-seat” group training/individual psychotherapy/ gestalt theory
for educational and consultational purposes. Roberta trained with Master Gestalt Therapists such as: Edwin
Nevis, Irv & Miriam Polster, Phil Lichtenberg, Will Kouw, Bud Feder, Mariah Fenton Gladis and Jack
Aylward.

Fair Oaks Hospital, Summit, New Jersey 1988-1990
Family Therapist on Dual-Diagnosis Adolescent unit, A.C.C.E.P.T. (Inpatient Adolescent Center for Chemical
Education, Prevention and Treatment) treating both psychiatric disorders and drug/alcohol addiction
(Dual-Diagnosis). Facilitated “Multi-Family week”, involving one-week intensive with 5-7
families; included daily lectures, in-services, group process and multi-family group family therapy. Facilitated
Interventions for drugs and alcohol and educated inpatients and families regarding a 12 step program of
recovery and health. Case management.

The Fuhrman Clinic, Ridgewood, New Jersey 1990-1992
Clinical Supervisor and Family Therapist. Out-Patient Dual-Diagnosis, Drug and Alcohol Facility, adults and
adolescents. Supervised clinical staff (Masters- level clinicians and certified drug & alcohol counselors) and
provided in-service education and case management. Practiced psychotherapy with outpatients and their
families and educated patients in a 12-step program of recovery. Traveled tri-state
area providing presentations/workshops about the “Systems” component of recovery. Adults and adolescents.
